I was recently asked why Baudrillard and Zizek are such popular kritik authors.
As far as your question about Zizek and Baudrillard I’d say a couple of things: (1) Zizek often writes like a debater. Not so much, say, Derrida. To be honest, he does a good job of writing exciting, not particularly nuanced, cards.
